Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our U.S. team in Minneapolis, overseeing strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and design to deliver impactful features for our B2B2C platform. This role is more strategic in nature—defining vision and goals, owning the product roadmap, and ensuring we meet and exceed our clients’ and end-users’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision & Strategy
○ Define the long-term product roadmap for the Healthcare Product & Integrations,
aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
○ Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and customer success to shape priorities
and ensure revenue-impacting initiatives get delivered.
2. Partner and Client Relationships
○ Act as the primary counterpart of Product leadership of our insurance partner
3. Roadmap Ownership
○ Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog in collaboration with the APM—balancing new
features, technical debt, and enhancements.
○ Communicate roadmap updates, timelines, and strategy across internal and external
stakeholders.
4. Requirements & Execution
○ Translate high-level business goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
○ Understand how features get architected using Capillary Customer Data Platform and
Loyalty to communicate feasibility of new features
○ Partner with engineering leads and QA to plan sprints, manage release cycles, and drive
continuous improvement in delivery.
5. Stakeholder Management
○ Engage with enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback, refine
product-market fit, and handle escalations.
○ Present product updates in sprint reviews, executive briefings, and client demos.
6. Data-Driven Decision-Making
○ Establish product metrics (e.g., feature adoption, usage patterns) and track
performance.
○ Use insights from analytics and market research to iterate on the product roadmap.
Qualifications
● 5 years in a product management role, ideally in B2B Enterprise SaaS
● Proven track record of owning and launching product features (end-to-end).
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to collaborate with
executives, clients, and technical teams.
● Experience with Agile methodologies and common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional
experience).
