Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Testing/QA Lead to work as part of a team implementing a cloud-based Salesforce solution. This role involves supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce, covering key activities such as requirements validation, system design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, data mapping, data conversion, data transfer, training, knowledge transfer, and organizational change management. The Testing/QA lead will leverage technical designs to get input for preparing System and Integration Test Plans. The Testing/QA Lead will also coordinate test planning, the creation of testing environments for interactive testing, data/environment refreshes for iterative testing, executing test plans, quality assurance of testing, issue tracking, and issue resolution. Additionally, the lead will be responsible for all communications and coordination with the client regarding system Testing.

Within in the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of four (4) years FTE experience planning, documenting, and implementing test strategies for products/projects for systems that, at a minimum, include the following:
a. 1,000 internal users.
b. 1,000,000 registered external users OR a public portal serving cities, counties, and/or states
with populations over 1,000,000. - Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years FTE experience leading and executing both manual and automated integration, system, and performance testing activities, and supporting/coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years FTE experience providing quality assurance support for the vendor’s automation testing efforts, including reviewing scripts, assessing automation environments, and validating test results.

Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of three (3) years FTE experience maintaining non-production test environments including all of the following:
a. Development and coordination of test data.
b. Data refreshes in test environments.
c. Release management and release coordination into test environments. - Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of one (1) year FTE experience in testing the Salesforce software.
- Within the last ten (10) years, must be able to provide end client reference for each project.
- Experience serving on at least one (1) completed project as a Test Lead for a public sector client in the last ten (10) years.
- Within the last ten (10) years, a minimum of three (3) years FTE in testing the Salesforce software.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
