Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Capital Advantage Team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of personalized service. This role involves direct interaction with clients, assisting with account management, and supporting the operational and administrative functions of our wealth management practice.

Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Support
- Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Serve as the primary client service point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and transactions
- Process money movements such as wires, bank transfers, etc.
- Schedule, prepare for, and participate in client meetings, including gathering necessary documentation and materials
- Perform additional related duties, as requested
- Process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account updates
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with custodians to facilitate transactions and resolve issues
- Compliance and Risk Management :
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, including monitoring for potential risks and ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- 1-3 years client services experience in the financial services field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and ideally, Dynamics 365)
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-starter with ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Series 65 (preferred but not required)
