Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Monitor and analyze patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide support and guidance in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members on effective ABA techniques.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavioral health and special education.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those diagnosed with autism or related disorders.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and special education practices.
- Familiarity with medical documentation requirements and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Proficiency in applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in clinical settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
