What are the responsibilities and job description for the CPIC Analyst position at Capital Axis Solutions?
CAS is seeking a Subject matter Expert to support CIO Business process tasks shown below. Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience for this role.
- Provide expertise, information, and advice to the Investment Review Board (IRB) and the IT Governance Working Group (ITG) on the IT investment process, relevant policies, regulations, and public law
- Prepare and submit assessments and status reports on investment proposals and current investments for IRB review and consideration.
- Document IRB issues, actions, and decisions, and ensures resolution of issues, completion of actions, and communication of decisions.
- Deliver specific feedback from the IRB to executive sponsors and stakeholders about IRB decisions.
- Maintain IRB meeting logistics.
- Create and maintain the IRM Framework for the OCIO in order to proactively manage risk, given the organization’s risk management strategy, appetite and capacity to absorb and mitigate risk.
- Participate in CPIC Projects initiation and various IT investment Initiatives related to IT— Support and participate in IT projects and initiatives to bring pro-active risk management focus into solutions
- Support the selection and launch of IRM, EA, and CPIC Software and the development of an internal agency website when deemed necessary
- Support the development of Training materials and Training of TSI IT Division Directors and Managers as-well-as identified key staff
- Risk Response—Develop and implement risk responses to ensure that risk factors and events are addressed in a cost-effective manner and in line with business objectives
- Risk Monitoring—Support the monitoring risk and communicate information to the relevant stakeholders to ensure the continued effectiveness of the CIO IT enterprise risk management strategy
- Assistance with specific IT/IS/Cloud/Shared Services, Enterprise Architecture, System Life Cycle Management, IT Risk Management and Internal Controls (IT RM/IC) programs
Salary : $100,000 - $105,000
