Position Purpose
We are seeking a motivated IT Operations Support Engineer II to join our Capital Bank Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, monitoring IT systems, and assisting with the stability, security, and efficiency of our Bank Systems. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and looking for process improvements.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide second-level operations support for the Technology Service Desk, including hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize system configurations.
- Maintain and support enterprise applications, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
