Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Strategist will help develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This position will work closely with the Marketing team to promote the voice of our brand to help meet company goals.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Design and execute strategies to drive online traffic to Encore Banks website and increase lead generation.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Work with Designers and Marketing Director to drive landing page and ad creative optimization.
- Implement drip email campaigns, push notifications and marketing automation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation strategies, provide marketing support, and optimize the sales funnel.
- Execute and measure blog and social media campaigns.
- Review new technologies with the goal of keeping Encore Bank at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Technical writing and copywriting projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field or at least 4 years equivalent work experience
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO or similar are preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or similar role with a strong recent focus on digital marketing strategies and execution
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns in digital channels including PPC, SEO, Social Media and Email Marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Experience in email marketing including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Aptitude for learning new skills, platforms, and technologies
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer service focused; always willing to assist where needed
- Highly collaborative; able to take direction but also provide useful feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience editing video content for digital campaigns or social media platforms
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems particularly HubSpot
- Working knowledge of web design and development principles is a plus
- Technical writing and copywriting experience
Computer and Office Equipment Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Pinnacle Studio is a plus
