Lead Teller

This position is responsible for accurately performing all paying and receiving teller functions in a timely, knowledgeable and courteous manner while effectively assisting the teller staff. This position is responsible for a wide variety of teller functions including commercial transactions for our customers at the Baytown Banking Center. This position is also responsible for the back-up of the Personal Banker position, and as such will be responsible for the cross-sell of products and opening new accounts such as checking, savings, and IRA's. Also accept and process loan applications. This individual will provide excellent customer service in all areas and be responsible for meeting established sales goals.
