Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing new contracts with property managers and building owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to property managers and building services and the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals. This role involves sales, client outreach, project tracking, and contract negotiation to expand our footprint in the construction cleaning and maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, primarily property managers to secure new business opportunities.

- Conduct job walks and site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate service estimates.
- Track and follow up on all quotes sent to clients, ensuring timely responses and contract negotiations.
- Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learn sessions with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and property maintenance industry.
- Report weekly on sales progress, including pipeline activity, closed deals, and upcoming opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in construction-related cleaning and maintenance services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the construction or building maintenance industry.
- Strong understanding of post-construction cleaning, window washing, painting, refinishing, carpet cleaning, and janitorial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up effectively on leads and quotes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites and client meetings as needed.
