We offer a diversified sales, marketing, and logistics network to serve ours over 3,000 customers. We are a full-service convenience and grocery store wholesaler.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take Orders from customers calling in by phone
- Enter Orders in As400, invoice system
- Solve customer issues or work with sales rep. to solve them
- Assist Delivery Drivers with any customer issues that may come up within the course of their day delivering orders and picking up returns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Cheerful and helpful attitude toward customers and other employees
- Work independently and in a TEAM environment
- Good communication skills
- Good personal and team organizational skills
- Computer skills, AS400/ Data Base experience is a plus
- Reading, writing, and math skills
- Dependable
- Good attendance/punctual
- Must be able to enter data accurately and efficiently
- Able to multitask
