- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the car-buying process.

- Provide an exceptional sales experience, from test drives to final paperwork.

Business Development Agent (BDC) - ($35K to $65K and beyond!)
Are you a master communicator with a talent for customer engagement? As a Business Development Agent, you’ll:

- Assist customers in their car-buying journey before they even step into the dealership.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
