Position Details:

• Location: On-site in Columbus, Ohio
• Salary: Starting at $60,000 per year based on industry experience (with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
2. Create Compelling Advertisements: Design and oversee the production of impactful advertisements that resonate with our target audience.
3. Manage Google AdWords Campaigns: Optimize and maintain Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and visibility.
4. Enhance Website Performance: Improve the company's website by ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
5. Oversee SEO Efforts: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
6. Plan, Advertise, and Represent Events: Plan and manage events both at the showroom and in the community. Lunch and learns, trade shows, showcases, etc.
7. Analyze Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
8. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
9. Manage Social Media Presence: Oversee social media strategies to enhance brand reputation and engage with the community.
10. Track and Report Performance: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
