Hours: Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Some Flexibility)
General Summary
The Knowledge Coordinator supports the knowledge management (KM) effort at Capital City Bank (CCB). In this role you will work in a growing team and provide daily ongoing high-level administrative support to the HelpU team. You will perform essential functions in the KM system to assist the development process including research, importing, and proofreading content. You will work closely with the HelpU Team and will serve as a communication liaison for the team.
This role requires the ability to work independently, strong writing and organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, have the ability to plan and prioritize tasks, and be a role model for exceptional client service. Functions and Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Knowledge Manager to manage the department calendar, collaboration meetings, and agendas.
- Serve as a point of contact for KM system questions and technical issues, including monitoring and recording e-mails to the department inbox.
- Create new tickets in the project management tracking tool.
- Research existing knowledge resources pertaining to development topics.
- Import knowledge into the knowledge management system.
- Proofread, review, and edit content per standardized formatting and guidelines.
- Contribute to the process of content creation, review, workflow, archiving and distribution.
- Educate front-end users on the use of the Knowledge Management System and market the tool to associates across the footprint.
- Assist with training projects and/or delivery, as needed.

Associated Duties
- Provides additional support to manager and department colleagues.
- May perform additional duties upon request.
- Completes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) Required
The following KSAs are usually acquired through post-high school education and one to three years’ experience in an office environment:
1. Superior client service skills
2. Strong verbal skills and knowledge of typical professional business communication, including a proficient use of proper grammar, structure, spelling, and editing practice.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, with flexibility and capacity to shift focus when needed
6. Capable problem solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Strong computer (windows) literacy, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365 (Office) programs.

11. Technology savvy, able to easily learn new technologies

Education
Four-year degree preferred. Degree or certificate in Knowledge Management and/or Instructional Design a plus. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.
Working Conditions
