They will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care to our patients.

Your Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) with Capital City Hospice, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing current nursing practice, providing accurate and timely documentation, assessing and educating patients and families, participating in the coordination of hospice services, and providing pain/symptom management.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program, three years of nursing experience, current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state, CPR certification, excellent communication and organization skills, and a valid driver's license with insurance. You must also understand the philosophy of hospice care and the needs of the terminally ill.
