HELP WANTED – CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are looking for the right people to join our team and help us grow!

What we need: We are looking for fun people to be part of our Customer Care Team -- This is Customer Service, Concierge and general admin work, not Sales. We want People who are passionate about helping other people. We do not require previous experience in our industry. We do require enthusiasm, energy, honesty, the willingness to learn and the ability to work within a team of other great people. Some key traits are good phone skills, internet skills and people skills, and you must be organized. This position will primarily be first responder to incoming phone calls, incoming internet inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintain contact with customers, website tasks, etc, etc. We are potentially considering both full-time and part-time positions.
