Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Provide information about facility amenities, programs, and membership options.
- Handle reservations, registrations, and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sports areas, locker rooms, and common spaces.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining sports equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor facility usage and enforce policies to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support event coordination and special activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sports facility operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of sports and fitness equipment is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
