Capital City Trucking is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.
Taking care of our customers is the priority. Great communication, the ability to source quality freight, ensure on time pickup & delivery, attention to the bottom line and a desire for excellence is the expectation.

Requirements:
· The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 07:00am and ending at 4:00pm.
· Prior experience in Trucking/Logistics is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Rep or Account Manager is required.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
· Must be able to utilize multiple technology systems and platforms.
· Degree preferred but experience is certainly considered instead of a degree
Essential Duties:
· Aggressively pursue freight from our customer
· Track and Trace freight/drivers to ensure on-time service.
· Ensure loads are accepted, built, scheduled, and dispatched.
· Monitor and manage customer’s freight and complete required communications via systems, portals or verbally.
· Maintain fleet activity in the Transportation Management System
· Communicate effectively with the planning department to assess freight needs and available capacity.
· Support the sales team with customer set-up and on-boarding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
