Veterinary Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update client information, including pet medical history and insurance details
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a veterinary receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred, but we will train eligible candidates
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a preferred but not required.
- High School diploma is required to apply.
