Job Summary
Capital Cleaners is a dry cleaning and laundry services provider in Niagara Falls, New York seeking a reliable and effective customer service representative for either a full or part-time position. Minimally, the qualified candidate must be available to work onsite on Saturdays from 9AM to 3PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage customer accounts and provide timely support.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to create a positive impression.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a store-front environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- No experience is necessary, but some customer service experience will be very beneficial.
- A professional background in a dry cleaning or laundering environment is a plus!
- Training will be provided.
