Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of inventory control, distribution center management, and process improvement. The ability to plan and think ahead are critical.
This role is crucial in ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. You will report to the Field Operations Director who will be dedicated to assisting in your success.

Duties
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and supervision of staff.
- Enforce standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehouse processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless distribution and logistics support.
- Lead training initiatives for warehouse staff to promote skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a distribution center environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management best practices.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with profit loss analysis and budget management within a warehouse setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
