Appointment Setter- Part Time

Work hours: Weekday and weekend shifts available between 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Pay Scale: $15/hr Base Wage

Our top Appointment Setting Representatives can earn close to $25/hr!

Position Summary: 50 phone conversations/day. Responsible for generating appointments for Capital Heating & Cooling products & services by converting inbound inquiries to consultation appointments, and making multiple outbound calls.  This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by becoming a trusted advisor.  Learn our industry and apply your talent.

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience speaking to consumers by phone

• Professional phone etiquette

• Excellent verbal communication skills, diction, active listening

• Ability to learn and communicate HVAC products and services – HVAC experience NOT required; this is NOT a technical role

• Highly Organized with attention to detail

• Comfortable learning new software & operating multiple applications simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and plan your day

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred

• Money motivated with an ethical approach toward business
