Your Role:
As the Call Center Operations Manager, you will:
Lead and Develop: Coach and mentor sales, customer service, and scheduling representatives to enhance performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate: Work closely with Scheduling, Sales, HR, Install, Accounting, and Dispatch departments to ensure seamless operations.
Recruit and Retain: Attract top talent and maintain staffing levels to meet business demands.

Manage Operations: Oversee scheduling, enforce policies, and manage both onsite and virtual representatives.
