Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team in our new residential plumbing service department. This is a unique opportunity to guide a team, work with the latest technology and tools, and contribute to the continued growth of our department. You’ll enjoy the freedom of no on-call work, giving you more time to focus on what matters most outside of work. And with the opportunity to earn significantly more than $40 per hour through commissions, spiffs, and performance-based incentives, your potential is unlimited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Guide and inspire a team of plumbing professionals to deliver exceptional service, while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Work with the Latest Tools & Technology: From smart water systems to advanced diagnostic tools, we provide the best equipment to help you perform your job efficiently and with precision.
• Customer Interaction & Sales: Use your expertise and strong communication skills to assess customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and upsell services that improve customer satisfaction.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all plumbing work meets industry standards and local codes, while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
• Mentorship & Training: Mentor and train junior plumbers, helping them develop professionally and ensuring the entire team maintains the highest standards of excellence.
• Department Growth: Collaborate with leadership to drive the growth and success of the plumbing department, while managing job costing, invoicing, and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing License in Wisconsin.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing service, with expertise in system installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers, provide solutions, and effectively upsell services.
• Experience working with advanced plumbing tools and cutting-edge technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• No on-call work—enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
• Ability to adapt to a full-time schedule with flexibility as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $70 per hour, with significant earning potential through commissions, spiffs, and performance-based incentives.
