The Project Manager will work directly with customers to effectively manage the restoration to their home and/or property following a devastating loss. This includes but is not limited to vendor selection, material procurement, scheduling (in-house & subs), budgeting, creating work orders, and quality assurance. PM must be able to manage multiple size projects at a time.

Construction Project Manager Expectations
- This is a hybrid position with both administrative/management activities and hands-on activities in the field; that means you get the best of both worlds!
- Take estimates and create realistic timelines and schedules, and then manage people and materials to hit those marks.
- Evaluate and plan for the right tools and equipment to make jobs easier and safer for the crews.
- Establish relationships with crews and subcontractors and communicate with them to hold them accountable to the schedule and budget.
- Establish a relationship with each customer so they are comfortable asking questions by communicating with them regularly.
- Work evenings and weekends on time-sensitive projects.
- Ensure that crews and customers have clear expectations for each project.
- Utilize proprietary software to document and manage projects.
- Visit job sites to provide direction and solve problems.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Construction Project Manager Skills & Experience
- Hands on experience with carpentry required
- Knowledge of common construction materials and how they’re used required
- Construction project management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of common and specialty construction tools and equipment.
- Experience navigating and interpreting residential construction regulations.
- Must be comfortable with technology and computer software.
- Self-motivated
- Great work ethic
- Thrives under high performance environment
- Detail oriented
- Valid VA driver’s license.
- A background check will be run.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
