Qualifications
- 5 years digital/social/brand marketing experience
- Vast experience managing multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Houzz, Pinterest, Glassdoor, Instagram, linkedIn ect..)
- Experience developing paid social media marketing strategies and managing budgets
- Demonstrated ability to drive tangible results through social media channels and ability to leverage targeting and segmentation capabilities of today's social platforms to drive ROI
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - prioritizing tasks & managing deadlines
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the home remodeling businesses
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelors in social media a plus
Responsibilities
- The Social Media Event & Marketing Manager will be a part of shaping the future of how Capital Construction and Bath Remodel by Capital connects digitally with customers to build engagement, brand loyalty and business results
- The Social Media Wizard will manage the day to day organic social media presence and deepen engagement, connection, and growth in line with the social media strategy and strategic priorities of the company
- Oversees day-to-day social media presence by ensuring quick and appropriate responses to comments made; working with teams on responses; and generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
- Adhere to social media marketing budgets.
- Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing appropriate social media data/metrics, insights, and best practice, then acting on the information
- Collaborates closely with team members across the organization to ensure integration of marketing and communication efforts, on-brand messaging and assets, and successful outcomes in support of the company's strategic goals
- Manages a high volume of seasonal content creation (both internally and externally), ensuring excellence in project management and creative delivery
- On occasions, travels to current and completed job sites & Capital events/shows/retail stores to create visual content for brand exposure
- Helps develop the voice to communicate to various consumers and help respond to comments, messages, and replies on social media platforms
- Collaboratively explores opportunities to leverage social media in innovative ways and in new platforms
- Test and analyze results to measure the effectiveness of our efforts, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration
- Creates local/geo-targeted campaigns to help drive customers and prospects to one of our 20 active job sites and build awareness around in-store marketing events
- Develop and manage social media and influencer partnerships
