The successful candidate will have extensive experience in on-site large-scale community association management. They will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
* Managing budgets and financial resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
* Providing guidance and support to community teams to ensure delivery of exceptional service standards.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, board members, and community partners.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of community association management principles and practices. You will be expected to have a strong track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, along with certifications such as PCAM, CPM, or MBA, will be highly beneficial. Proficient computer skills and a valid driver's license are also required.
