The Technical Project Manager (Healthcare) will play a crucial role in leading large-scale healthcare-related projects, focusing on data migration, Oracle Database implementations, and hands-on project delivery. This role requires expertise in managing complex engagements, working with Oracle technologies, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical resources overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including scope, timeline, and resources to project completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.
- Manage a project plan and deliverables around data conversion and migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Collaborate with Oracle Database, PL/SQL developers, and other technical teams to ensure the successful execution of healthcare-related Oracle or other CSP projects.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and deliver results on time, within scope, and on budget, ensuring alignment with healthcare technology requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, integration plans, and migration strategies.
- Use Agile methodologies to drive project execution, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing large customer engagements, with demonstrated success in leading projects that involve Oracle Database and healthcare system integrations.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects from inception to delivery, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a focus on system integration, data migration, and regulatory compliance.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable project plans.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar certifications preferred. Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
Location & Work Environment:
This position is fully remote, with work hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST). You will collaborate with a diverse, global team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality Oracle solutions.
