Manage the entire collection process for automobile loan portfolio. Oversee a team of collections specialist, provide leadership, guidance and support to drive their success. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve collection rates. Collaborate with finance, underwriting and sales departments to ensure that collection policies parallel each departments goals and objectives in order to maintain the company's customer service standards. Establish and maintain relationships with our customer base. Analyze data and produce reports for corporate staff and management that clearly outlines the collection effort, collection results, identify any areas that need improvement and recommending solutions to senior management.
