Cannabis Sales Representative
Location: Oklahoma (Travel Required)
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We’re a licensed cannabis grow operation in Oklahoma looking for a results-driven Sales Rep to help expand our wholesale reach. If you’ve got hustle, know the market, and can build solid relationships with dispensaries, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with dispensary buyers
- Hit monthly sales goals through in-person outreach and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings, deliver samples, and promote products
- Provide product knowledge to retail staff
- Track orders, deliveries, and client feedback
- Stay current with market trends and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience (cannabis industry preferred)
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated and organized with reliable transportation
- Must be 21 and compliant with Oklahoma cannabis regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- OMMA Employee Credential License (Required)
