Job Summary:
As a DA at Capital Dental Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients while working alongside our providers and team. Responsibilities
- Protect patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA protocols.
- Prepare Patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Assist the dentist with comprehensive dental care.
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room well-stocked
- Take digital X-rays as needed
- Current DA Certification
- CPR Certification
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a DA(preferred)
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in taking dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Detail-oriented
- Team player
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to twist and turn, if needed

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday
This is a full-time position working 4/10-hour days, either from 8am-6pm or 7am-6pm.
Pay: $17.50-$23.00 per hour monthly bonus opportunity up to $500
