Project Manager - Mitigation and Construction
Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of all projects, from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, teams, and subcontractors, ensuring timelines are met, and managing budgets. The Project Manager will also leverage Proven Jobs software to create new projects, track project progress, maintain client communication, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Receive and review the Google Form “New Handoff: Sales to Project Manager” from Salesperson and create new projects in Proven Jobs.
- Request asbestos report on all mitigation and construction projects from management or ownership prior to start.
- Obtain Work Authorization/Proposal/Contract.
- Obtain necessary permits as required for the project.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using Proven Jobs software.
- Follow up with new clients by sending a detailed welcome email, introducing yourself, and providing project-specific information via Proven Jobs Notes (welcome template)
- Utilize Encircle to monitor, analyze, and report on hydro-related data.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent.
- Schedule walk with sub or CDS team and inspect work.
- Ensure areas completed match the scope of work.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Schedule sign-off walk with property management.
- Document all areas completed in an email to the team (Proven Jobs Notes).
- Obtain signature in Encircle for certificate of completion. (Note: We can show everyone how to do this if you are not familiar with this certificate.)
- Complete all sub trade Work Orders and have them executed.
- Ensure Certificate of Completion signed by owner representative.
- Create Final Photo Report of completed work.
- Oversee and manage multiple mitigation and construction projects simultaneously. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Manage change orders, approvals, and additional client requests. Client Relationship Management:
- Utilize Proven Jobs software to maintain client relationships and streamline project documentation.
- Provide daily updates to the client via Proven Jobs Notes. (unless otherwise directed by CDS management).
- Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure customer satisfaction, send survey emails via Proven Jobs. (survey template)
- Provide daily updates to the CDS team using Proven Jobs.
- Provide the client with a detailed Encircle Photo Report at the beginning and end of the project completion.
- Send a thank-you email to clients upon the successful completion of a project or significant milestone. (cc: CDS ownership/management so they can follow up with a more formal thank you).
- Ensure the client has paid the full balance.
- Ensure profit margins were met.
- Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,915.00 - $107,221.00 per year
