Superintendent - Mitigation and Construction
Position Overview: The Superintendent is responsible for managing daily operations on all projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all project tasks are executed to the highest standards. The Superintendent will use Proven Jobs software to track job progress, provide daily field updates, and notify Project Manager of any concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Project Supervision and Oversight: Supervise field operations and ensure that work is progressing according to project scope. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations. Ensure that teams are properly trained and equipped for each task. Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain schedules and resolve any issues that may arise with projects and scope supplements. Monitor daily project activities and provide email updates via Proven Jobs Notes. (cc: CDS project manager and management). Request Material for projects from subcontractors weekly and give to Project Manager for approval. Submit material lists via email once a week using the Proven Jobs Notes. (cc: CDS project manager and management) Document all damages with thermal camera, moisture meters, and enter into the Encircle app including a photo of source of the water breakage etc. Utilize Encircle to monitor, analyze, and report on hydro-related data. (Note: We can show everyone how to do this if you are not familiar with these functions) Document all projects and progress in Encircle. Performance Monitoring: Monitor technicians to ensure quality and efficiency in their work and provide guidance as needed. Track project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to project scope. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control. Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement or additional training needs. Report performance metrics to the Project Manager and management regularly. Ensure that all subcontractors are equipped with certified safety vests. Ensure clock in/out via mobile app. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the field crew, subcontractors, and technicians. Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients. Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,500.00 - $104,951.00 per year
