This opportunity is for approved International J-1 Visa Applicants from AmeriCamp, Camp Leaders, or IENA.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
All Documents that must be uploaded to the the DOCUMENTS area of your Presence (profile).
IENA or Camp Leaders Profile
- Approved J-1 Visa (DS-2019)
- U.S. Visa (with Photo)
- Three (3) References
- Passport (from Country of origin)
- International background check results ( with transcription if in language other than English )
- U.S. Customs & Border Protection Form I-94 Form ( upon arrival to US )
- MUST be 18 years of age or older.
- Must reside at YMCA Camp Chingachgook during the entire camp season.
- Maintain ones own personal hygiene.
- The ability and willingness to follow and understand directions.
- Proficiency in using kitchen appliances and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to ensure hygiene of kitchen area and tools, meeting all applicable state, county, and city regulations and policies.
