The Southern Saratoga YMCA is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Membership Director to lead the membership team! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Manages branch promotion and sales of memberships, ensures the delivery of excellent customer service to members, maintains membership records and markets the YMCA to the community.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
Previous work experience (1-3 years) in customer service, sales or related experience.
Prior work experience with budget mgmt. and staff supervision.
Prior work experience with staff scheduling and training preferred.
Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED, and First Aid.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Experience
Required- 1 - 3 years: Prior work experience with budget management.
