The Greenbush Area YMCA is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the branch's Wellness Coordinator! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. The Wellness Coordinator plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates programs and staff within the Wellness Center. Acts as a department head in the absence of the Director.
WELLNESS COORDINATOR - $20.14 PER HOUR - PLANS, IMPLEMENTS, AND EVALUATES PROGRAMS AND STAFF WITHIN THE WELLNESS DEPARTMENT

- BA / BS in Physical Ed., Recreation, Sports Mgt., or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Two year of previous experience in the wellness field, or related field.
- Current CPR, First Aid, AED, and wellness certification (YMCA, AFAA, or ACE) required.
- YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire.
This is a part time positions (20 - 29 hours weekly) with the opportunity to become full time.
