JOB SUMMARY

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires the knowledge of data analysis at a level normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field, or a combination of education and experience.1 years of data analysis experience in the construction industry is required.1 years of experience managing data and user access, using PowerApps and Dataverse.Data visualization experience with PowerBI or Tableau.Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.Knowledge of user access management, role-based permissions, and data security protocols.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the electrical contracting industry is preferred.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to managementThorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection, analysis, and distributionAdvanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is a must for handling data analysis, reporting, and integration tasks efficiently.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage project data within the app, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Control user access by setting up roles, permissions, and ensuring compliance with access policies.Collaborate with project teams to understand data requirements and configure the app to meet business needs.Utilize Excel for advanced reporting and integration tasks.Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services like PowerBI.Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.Perform database backups, updates, and data maintenance tasks.Monitor data integrity, conduct audits, and implement strategies to enhance data quality and security.Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
