As An Application Engineer, You’ll Play a Crucial Role In Supporting Our Sales Team’s Efforts To Drive Automation And Control Growth. Location: Baltimore, MD
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Industrial end user accounts, systems integrators, panel builders and OEM customers
- Keeping up with new product development and relaying the information to the customer
- Help the Account Manager develop new customer relationships
- Automation and Control growth including PLCs, drives, sensor, HMIs etc
- Keeping up with required vendor training including certification level courses
- Conduct customer training on automation & control products
- Attend training as required by Capital Electric
- Other duties as required
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering. Electrical engineering is preferred.
- Experience with PLCs, Drives, Sensor setups, etc. is preferred.
- Customer service background is a plus
