Job description:

Primary responsibilities will be performing the quality checks on our packaging lines, getting work orders ready, signing off pallets, closing the work orders and other tasks/duties assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Gather information needed and communicate to packaging techs.

· Sign off start of production run for correct, weight, product, & components.

· Perform in-process checks during production run to ensure accurate specifications.

· Work with a 3rd party to complete microbiology testing on finished goods.

· Check quality specifications for case packs, pallets, and their quantities

Qualifications/Skills:

• MUST have QC experience

· High school diploma or equivalency.

· Computer skills as well acknowledge of sending & receiving emails.

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Docs.

· Strong written communication skills are a MUST.

· Basic math skills such as adding/subtracting & percentages

· Ability to manage quality checks on multiple lines effectively.

· Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
