About the Role :
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level while traveling and earning big? Capital Energy is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Blitz Team , a specialized group that travels from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas for 10 days each month to sell solar door-to-door. This is an exciting opportunity to work in high-demand markets, maximize earnings, and gain invaluable sales experience.
What You’ll Do :
Travel to Las Vegas monthly for 10-day sales blitzes , with accommodations provided.
Knock doors and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
Generate and qualify leads while working in a high-energy, competitive environment.
Work alongside top-performing sales professionals to enhance your skills.
Meet and exceed performance goals while enjoying a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.
What We Offer :
Commission-Only Pay Structure : Earn based on performance, with expected earnings of $50,000 – $120,000 per year .
All Travel & Housing Covered during Las Vegas sales trips.

Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales techniques and industry knowledge.
