We are seeking an energetic and personable Lead Generator to join our team! As a Lead Generator, your primary goal is to engage with customers in our partner retail stores and encourage them to sign up for a *free in-home estimate* for their home improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs.
- Promote the *free in-home estimate* service and encourage customers to sign up.
- Capture customer information accurately and efficiently to schedule in-home consultations.
- Meet or exceed lead generation goals on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
**Qualifications:**
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality with a love for interacting with people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
- Sales-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
**Compensation:**
- $20 per hour OR **$50 per lead** (based on successful customer sign-ups).
- Additional incentives may be available based on performance.
