Automotive Mobile Coordinator

Capital Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Mobile Coordinator to oversee our mobile services operations and mobile tire sales in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an Automotive Service Advisor, possess CDK system knowledge, and have experience in tire sales. This role requires exceptional people skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to business-to-business (B2B) sales, targeting commercial companies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations of the mobile services team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
• Lead the mobile tire sales initiative, driving growth in this segment through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and inventory for mobile services to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize CDK systems for managing service orders, customer information, and sales tracking.
• Provide training and support to the mobile services team, ensuring they are equipped to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Proficiency in CDK systems.
• Experience in tire sales, particularly in a mobile or commercial setting, is highly preferred.
• Strong B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
