As a Performance and Learning Consultant for our AFSG Learning Enablement Team, I will assist and support training programs that enable teams and organizations across Capital Group to increase the value they deliver to their customers. My work will improve business results through the design, evaluation, and adoption of a comprehensive learning environment. I will collaborate with Learning Enablement leadership and consult with business stakeholders to improve various functions such as Learning Analytics, Organizational Development, and Resource Administration. I will also participate in building connections across Capital Group’s various lines of business to better leverage lessons learned and develop processes best suited for the broad organization.

- I have a bachelor’s degree.
- I have at least 5 years in learning and development and/or data storytelling.
- I possess advanced knowledge of evaluation and reporting technology (for example Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
- I have advanced understanding of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation principles as well as with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model.
- I possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- I have experience in identifying issues, providing solutions on complex business matters, and using project management principles.
- I possess knowledge of current and future trends and technologies.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

Salary : $100,008 - $160,013
