We are a Property Management Company located in Southborough, MA looking to hire a full time Grounds Maintenance Person to join our Property Management Team. Primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness & appearance of retail properties located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Start date for this position is immediate and a company vehicle will be provided. Hours are: 7:00 am-3:30 pm- Monday-Friday (flexible if needed) Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to drive. Company vehicle provided.

Duties to include:
- Exterior cleaning of all retail properties including pressure washing walkways
- Picking up debris (cigarettes, litter etc) from exterior walkways and parking lots of buildings
- Trash disposal of outside waste receptacles
- Monitoring compactors and dumpsters and working with vendor to make sure they are emptied and serviced when needed
- Inspection of building and parking lots and report any issues or problems to Maintenance Technicians or Property Manager
- Light maintenance and troubleshooting tenant-reported issues
- Must be reliable, punctual, able to work independently, and able to prioritize and manage time
- Must have valid Drivers License with clean driving record
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be able to operate a pressure washer and light equipment (lawn mower, chain saw etc)
