The Data Business Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and advocating for our data ingestion processes that support our email campaign initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, polished customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our software development team. The ideal candidate will be adept at conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical users and ensuring seamless data transfer and ingestion processes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the software development team to understand and advocate for the data ingestion processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external customers regarding data transfer and ingestion processes.
- Communicate technical concepts around data to non-technical users effectively.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Monitor and report on the progress of data ingestion processes, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ingestion process.
- Provide training and support to customers on data transfer and ingestion procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data management and email campaign technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :
Southern California Base Salary Range : $96,120-$153,792
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
