As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for developing and putting standardized delivery processes in place on a variety of work streams. You will work with the American Funds Service Company Service and will be accountable for shepherding the full delivery cycle for marketing and / or operational initiatives of varying complexity. Your proficiency in project management, prior delivery of marketing initiatives and capability to be empathetic in navigating multiple and diverse sets of stakeholders will drive your success in this role. You index high on operational excellence and have a continuous improvement mindset, as well as solid analytical, critical-thinking and forward-thinking skills. You are an experienced Agile practitioner and have a bias for action and constant drive for results that works well in deadline driven environments.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range : $108,135-$173,016
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
