We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Engineer IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows performance analysis, endpoint management, automation, Digital User Experience (DEX) tooling, and problem-solving. As a member of the End User Computing (EUC) Engineering team, you are instrumental in solution design, integration, implementation, and support to provide stable, reliable and productive user experiences.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough performance analysis of Operating Systems and applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement automation to streamline and optimize performance
- Drive execution of technology strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Actively support assigned product portfolios ensuring alignment to established roadmaps
- Lead planning and execution to deliver expected business outcomes
- Develop, implement and ensure adherence to policies, standards, procedures, methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement platform health strategies
Ideal candidate should have :
End user operating environments (Windows, MacOS, mobile)
Technology product lifecycle management, from cradle to grave
Qualifications :
Southern California Base Salary Range : $153,965-$246,344
San Antonio Base Salary Range : $126,573-$202,517
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
