As a Workforce Management Manager, you will manage a team of workforce management professionals responsible for operations, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and intraday management. You will oversee daily department operations and initiatives, serving as a key contact for business partner relationships. You will participate in and lead tactical activities and projects.

Your role will be to oversee the design and management of workforce schedules to meet operational demands and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
You will lead and mentor a team of workforce management professionals, providing training and development opportunities.
You will analyze KPIs and align workforce planning with business goals to develop and implement strategies.
You will calculate, analyze, and interpret data and information to draw meaningful conclusions, problem solve and make informed decisions.
You have working knowledge of workforce management software and tools and leverage it to enhance efficiency and drive the adoption of.
You will develop strong relationships with business area leadership and collaborate to ensure business needs are met.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
