Job Overview:
As a Field Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at multiple sites, ensuring the safety of our clients, and managing the performance of on-site security teams. Your role is critical in maintaining high standards of service, fostering team motivation, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage security personnel across multiple sites.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Train, mentor, and lead security officers to perform at their best.
- Resolve any issues or incidents that arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure security officers maintain a high level of professionalism and appearance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to meet security needs.
- Prepare reports on daily activities, incidents, and site operations.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Open availability, with willingness to travel to various sites.
- Must pass a background check.
- Personal cell phone for communication.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Ability to make quick, analytical decisions under pressure.
- Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage employees.
- Prior supervisory experience in the security industry required.
