Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Manage conflicts effectively while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND FOR THIS POSITION: Law Enforcement, Corrections or Military.
- Proven experience in security roles or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and law enforcement.
