Job Summary :
Responsible for NCQA Accreditation results by leading, coordinating, implementing, and providing oversight for all activities related to NCQA accreditation surveys. Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports that track CHP's Commercial and Medicare quality and safety performance measures. Develop and maintain policies, procedures and reports related to quality improvement practices, accreditation, regulatory requirements, and performance measures.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) in a health care related field or equivalent clinical licensure. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of health care related experience. Minimum of three years' experience with NCQA standards and quality improvement concepts and practices.
